Terroir is the elevation, orientation, climate and topography of the land on which our barley is grown, our water harvested, and our whisky cask maturation occurs. Terroir gives our whisky a sense of place, of identity — a uniqueness to what we make. Each dram of our whisky carries a special, identifiable South Australian flavour. It’s all about celebrating PLACE — the 35th Parallel South — in all its beauty. The richness of its produce, the vibrancy of its flavours and the elegance of capturing all of that in a glass.
